The third National Technician Development Centre Partner Forum event taking place virtually on Thursday 21st October 2021. The event will focus on sustainability and adapting to change in the technical workforce, looking at innovative and creative solutions to shared problems.

We are excited to announce our keynote speaker; Professor Lenny Koh from the Energy Institute at the University of Sheffield who will be speaking about the role of technical staff in transitioning towards a net zero carbon campus.

In addition, we have parallel sessions from Dr Annette Bramley of the N8 Research Partnership, the LEAF pilot group (Laboratory Efficiency Assessment Framework), Career development initiatives from Imperial College London and University of Glasgow, and many more sessions. View the full programme.

  • The event will be hosted on Zoom and will run from 9:30am to approximately 2:15pm.
  • We will be running three parallel sessions throughout the day
