Do you hold a City & Guilds qualification in Portable Appliance Testing (2377-77) or equivalent experience in testing portal appliances or electrical equipment?  We invite you to join our safety team responsible for the portable appliance testing of equipment in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences?

Most of your time will be spent testing portable appliances throughout the buildings of Engineering and Physical Sciences Schools using a range of modern testing and data logging equipment.  You will work under the supervision of the electronics services manager in a small team of dedicated PA testing technicians who form part of a wider team supporting the Faculty’s electronics research and teaching support.
