The School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences (SBBS) is recruiting for a bioinformatics technical specialist to help improve our use of computing resources, to drive forward informatics research, in support of researchers exploiting the opportunities arising out of technological innovations, particularly in sequencing technologies and the associated computation. The bioinformatics technical specialist will support the development of this facility and engage with research happening in the department. You will also support the technical functioning of MSc degrees in bioinformatics and biosciences.
