RoleÂ
The primary role will be to support students and staff within Psychology by providing dedicated support and advice for a wide-range of specialist equipment, techniques and computer software, such as PsychoPy and Qualtrix. The post holder will work under the direction of the Senior Technician to support the day to day running of the Psychology practice spaces with ownership over designated equipment and activities.Â
Ideal CandidateÂ
We are seeking a proactive and creative individual with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a Psychology degree and eligibility for the British Psychological Society© Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC). Knowledge of SPSS and PsychoPy will make you a stand out candidate. Staff development opportunities will be considered on the completion of a successful probationary period. The post holder may also be required to support other practice areas within the faculty when required.
