Smart Mentoring Pilot Feedback
The NTDC have been testing the Smart Mentoring Pilot over the last year with technical colleagues to ensure that the programme is best suited for technical staff.
Pilot Mentee Feedback
Please could you tell us how your mentoring experience will support you in your role as technician?

From the pilot, technical staff involved strongly agreed with the following statements:
